Over the recent sunny Easter weekend we spent our time inside getting our debut production 10,316 (now titled BACK TO BERLIN) on it’s feet for the first time.
After an intense round of script edits earlier in the year we decided to throw ourselves into devising (literally, in some scenes), and we had the absolute best time. Scroll down for some snaps from the weekend.
Berlin, 1989. A door is opened. History is made.
Thirty years later Bernhard searches through his memories, through dusty boxes and overflowing suitcases, for a particular piece of his own history; a link to the past and a reminder of an important journey he made many years ago.
In the run up to the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, this is the true story of one man’s journey across Europe to witness history in the making. CB4 Theatre’s debut production 10,316 holds a mirror up to the past, and uncovers some uncomfortable reflections of the world today.
